1st degree

2 days workshop, Dec 14-15 ( Tue & Wed)

1st degree reiki class will be held on 14th dec 2022 and 15th dec 2022 from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

2 days workshop, Dec 17-18 and Jan 7-8 (Sat & Sun)

1st degree reiki class will be held on 17th dec 2022, 18th dec 2022 and on 7th jan 2022, 8th jan 2022 from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

You need to avoid caffine – (which includes, soft drinks, coffee), hard drinks (alcohol, wine ….), non vegetarian food – (fish, eggs, meat), Nicotine (no smoking), Sugary items. U need to follow these one day prior and after the class ends. So the rule is for 4 days. The restrictions starts 1 day before the classes and ends 1 day after the class ends, in total 4 days.

You will receive a book on Reiki. Vegetarian Lunch and snacks in the late afternoon for both days. Please wear light and loose cloths as you need to move around in a flexible manner. Wear toe socks for both days.

Please take a shower and wear fresh clothes each day as it is a Divine / Spiritual session. U may use perfume, powder, make up ………. Less metallic jewelry.

The rules are effective for both Level – I & Level – II classes.

Other than Reiki, Pompa is an Economics and Academia graduate with an elevated understanding of financial platforms as well as child psychology. She also has Public Relations diploma and is currently associated with Soka Gakkai International, an organization that enhances the Buddhist philosophy in daily life, Art of Living with improved level of meditation, humanitarian understanding as well as yoga. Pompa immigrated to Canada in 2006 where she has been working in the Financial Industry since arrival.
